Shipping Area
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (the 48 adjoining states).
At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 12 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with trusted freight and parcel carriers to ensure safe delivery of your mattress. Typical delivery timeframe:
- Standard Ground / Freight Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Note: Rural areas may require an additional 1–2 business days. Lunova Mattress Company, LLC shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside its reasonable control.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is offered on all mattress orders within the contiguous U.S.
- Accessory items or smaller products may incur a small shipping fee, which will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Details
Mattress-in-a-Box Deliveries
Most mattresses are compressed, boxed, and delivered to your front door.
No signature is required unless requested.
Freight Deliveries (Oversized Items)
Some products may ship via freight carrier:
- Carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery window.
- Curbside delivery is standard unless otherwise noted.
Missed Deliveries / Address Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.
- If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, reshipment fees may apply.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.

You can track your shipment using the tracking link sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
