We want you to love your new mattress, but we understand it might not be the perfect fit for everyone. That’s why we offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee with the option for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met.
120-Day Donation-Based Refund Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your mattress within the first 60 days of delivery, you may request a refund by donating the mattress to an approved local charity, shelter, or donation center.
Wait a Minimum of 60 Days:
It can take a few weeks for your body to adjust to a new mattress. We ask that you try the mattress for at least 60 nights before requesting a refund.

Donate the Mattress:
Donate the mattress to an approved and recognized charity, shelter, non-profit organization, or recycling center in good condition. DO NOT donate the mattress until we have approved your claim and donation center!

Provide Proof of Donation:
Submit the following within the 60-day window following the first 60 days:- A donation receipt from the charity, including their name, contact information, and date of donation.
- A photo of the mattress AT the donation center (required for verification). We will need to confirm/verify and approve the donation.

Receive Your Refund:
Once we verify the donation, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Donation Requirements
- The mattress must be in donatable condition: undamaged, unwashed, free of stains and tears, and must be spotless.
- Donations must be made to registered charities or organizations.
- Only one refund of any product per customer, household, and/or delivery address.
- Each household is eligible for one donation-based refund only.
- You will be refunded for the cost of the mattress (less any discounts).
Note: Because of health and safety standards, we do not accept returns of mattresses under any circumstances. Your claim will be assessed entirely via the evidence you provide.

Bonus Tip for Customers
For your claim to remain valid, always:
- Use a proper bed frame or foundation
- Keep the mattress clean and protected
- Rotate the mattress periodically, if applicable
