Limited Warranty Policy — 15 Years of Coverage

At Lunova Mattress Co., we proudly back the quality of our mattresses. That’s why, with the purchase of a warranty coverage, your mattress purchase is protected by our 15-Year Pro-Rated Limited Warranty — designed to ensure your peace of mind, even though we cannot accept returns, repairs, or exchanges.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

  • Sagging or indentations deeper than 1.5 inches that are not caused by improper use.
  • Foam deterioration, such as cracking or splitting, under normal use.
  • Cover defects, like unraveling stitching or zipper failure.

What’s Not Covered

  • Comfort preferences (too firm/soft)
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues
  • Physical damage from abuse, improper handling, or unsanitary conditions
  • Use on an inadequate foundation or bed base
  • Mattresses sold or transferred to another party

How to File a Claim

We’ve made our warranty claim process straightforward:

  1. Email us at LunovaMattressCompany@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number or proof of purchase
    • Clear photos of the issue (including depth measurements if sagging)
    • A description of the problem and when you noticed it
  2. Our team will review your claim within 5-7 business days.
  3. If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a refund -- half or less depending on the age of the mattress and severity of the defect.

Note: Because of health and safety standards, we do not accept returns of mattresses under any circumstances. Your claim will be assessed entirely via the evidence you provide. Once your warranty claim has been approved:

  • Donate the Mattress:
    Donate the mattress to an APPROVED & recognized charity, shelter, non-profit organization, or recycling center in good condition. 
  • Provide Proof of Donation:
    Submit the following:
    • A donation receipt from the charity, including their name, contact information, and date of donation.
    • A photo of the mattress AT the donation center (required for verification).
  • Receive Your Refund:
    Once we verify the donation, we will issue a prorated refund amount assessed by our team to your original payment method.

Warranty Terms

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only
  • Coverage lasts 15 years from the date of delivery
  • Refund amounts may be prorated based on the mattress age
